Mission control for the plan you already have
01 · Mission control
Example plan · Kona · 7 weeks · 50 days · one post per day

Your race, run like an operation.
Keep your plan and your coach. TRAIN X turns the plan you already have in Intervals.icu into mission control: today’s session on your Lock Screen, the whole season at a glance, a race forecast that moves with your training, and a card for every session worth sharing. Free.
03 · Today’s tasking, on every surface
Home Screen widget

The D-day count to the gun, today’s tasking, one tap to each. Rolls over at midnight and at the start hour.
Live Activity

Comes up on the Lock Screen fifteen minutes before go time, counts you through the steps, stands itself down.
Lock Screen wallpaper

The whole campaign as a goal calendar, redrawn every morning: complete, partial, missed, and the day you are on.
04 · Works with the plan you have
Intervals.icu
Your plan is read from there and refreshed as it changes: your coach’s, your own, or one from its library.
Your coach
Changes nothing. They keep writing the plan where they write it today. TRAIN X never edits it.
Zwift · Garmin · Wahoo
Keep working through Intervals.icu, exactly as they do now.
Telemetry
Completion, feel and RPE from what you actually did; HRV, resting HR and sleep from the night.
05 · Every session has a priority
Tag the sessions that matter. It guesses first.
P1 · Unskippable
The anchors: the long ride, the threshold set, the brick. Miss one and the Lock Screen says so.
P2 · Extra mile
The work that compounds when the week allows. Stand it down without guilt, do it without ceremony.
P3 · Bonus
Mobility, a short swim, a spin. Counts when it is done, never against you.
Correct it
The week’s long ride and long run, the threshold work and the brick start as P1; recovery and mobility as P3. One tap corrects it, and the correction holds through every change to the plan. A coach can set it too, with [P1] in the workout’s name.

06 · Race forecast
Example · IRONMAN World Championship · Kona
Optimistic
10:47:37Flat water in the bay, a calm day on the Queen K.
Expected
10:59:00The day the training says you will have.
Conservative
11:11:29Crosswinds at Hawi, heat in the Energy Lab.
Swim, bike, run and transitions from your test numbers and the course: distance, climbing, water and air. It reads like a briefing, and it moves as the training says.
It is physics, not a guess: your CSS for the swim, your FTP and weight against the climbing and the air for the bike, your 5K pace for the run, plus the transitions you actually take. Every number on it is one you can change.
The plan feeds it back. As the tests move and the long rides land, the three times move with them, and a test done off-plan can be logged right from it, so the forecast is a readout of the training rather than a wish.
07 · Your whole season
Add a race the day you sign up, long before its plan exists. The whole season sits on one strip.
A for the races the season is built around, B for the tune-ups, C for the ones you train through, each with its countdown.
Each finished race keeps its time, how its plan went, and a post-mortem.
08 · After-action, as a sticker

Eleven cards and two five-second clips, drawn from the plan already on the phone: no endpoint, no network. Pick one after a session, or share the week from its review, and it goes into a story as a sticker or burned onto your own photo or video.
TRAIN X Plans · or let it write the plan
09 · Built around your objective
TRAIN X Plans is the paid tier. Pricing at launch.
Name the race. It looks up the course and asks only what it could not find: the hours you have, where you swim. Then it writes the block.
Key sessions as anchors, strength as a pillar, a recovery week when the load calls for one, race-specific bricks in the final block.
Every session carries its purpose and its steps in your zones, so the watch, the trainer and you are working from the same orders.
10 · It adjusts to your week
TRAIN X Plans is the paid tier. Pricing at launch.
The plan follows the week you actually had, not the one you planned.
Form counts the load, and a bad night never moves it, so the plan also reads your HRV, resting HR and sleep every morning against your own baseline. A low morning eases what is left of today.
A missed P1 gets a new day. A B race fourteen days out gets its short taper. A week under half done can be written again at the hours you had, and the calendar and Zwift follow.
Every change is a suggestion: approve it or keep the plan. When one touches a P1, it comes to your phone as a push.
11 · Get on the list
TRAIN X is being built now, for iPhone. Leave your race and we will send you a build when it is ready for it — in list order, a few athletes at a time, so every wave gets a proper look before the next one.
